Based on the characteristics of the office building, we will provide a 24-hour service in a proactive and creative manner, and further standardize our service through implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System. While identifying and satisfying employers’ potential needs in a proactive manner, we should also identify and satisfy those needs of which employers are aware and unaware. 1、 三級檢查制度
Three-level inspection sytem
要取得公司質(zhì)量標準和規范的執行效果, 就要有完善的檢查制度, 為此, 公司制訂了三級檢查制度, 并將在該項目認真落實(shí), 通過(guò)定期、不定期的檢查來(lái)保證質(zhì)量標準的規范和貫徹。
To ensure proper implementation of the company’s quality standard and codes, a proper inspection system should be in place. For this purpose, the company developed a three-level inspection system and will implement it strictly to ensure compliance with and implementation of quality standards through regular and irregular inspection.
（1） 部門(mén)自查
Self-inspection by departments
通過(guò)項目?jì)炔块T(mén)自查, 及時(shí)發(fā)現質(zhì)量中存在的問(wèn)題, 隨時(shí)整改不僅可以督促員工做好質(zhì)量工作, 提高自己的知識和技能, 以保證質(zhì)量達到標準水平; 同時(shí)可以避免問(wèn)題的積累和事態(tài)擴大。
Through self-inspection by various departments of the project, existing quality problems will be identified timely. Timely correction not only encourages employees to perform quality task properly, improve their knowledge and skill to ensure compliance with standard, but also can prevent quality problems from accumulating and worsening the situation.
（2） 項目檢查
Project inspection
項目經(jīng)理在各部門(mén)自查的基礎上, 針對各部門(mén)檢查出的問(wèn)題和對重要事項進(jìn)行每周檢查評價(jià), 通過(guò)整改和培訓杜絕質(zhì)量問(wèn)題重復發(fā)生, 達到質(zhì)量目標的持續改進(jìn)。
On the basis of self-inspection by various departments, the project manager should inspect and evaluate problems identified and important matters on a weekly basis. Recurrence of quality problem should be eliminated through correction and training so as to achieve continuous improvement of quality.
